SOLIDARY WAY

Around the world 2008

On February 17th 2008 we began journey with the goal of traveling around the world. We didn’t set time limits as our desire was to develop our common live while we were traveling.

But this journey lasted eight months because some unexpected economical problems made we returned to Barcelona. Like our first trip around the world, the journey was totally improvised, unplanned route or countries visited.
Actually, our economic problems to continue the trip marked in some way the feelings of the last months. But even so we enjoyed perhaps more the experience and certainly learned a lot from it. We think that when you face the difficulty, it makes you innovate, generate new ideas, growing...

Also during this trip, we conducted three solidarity projects in the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua, with the help of our web site users. For more details, see the section Solidary Way.

After this trip we write our second book in spanish “Pasaporte hacia ningún lugar”, where we relate our adventures and we provide some useful information for those wishing to undertake a similar trip. We hope to translate it to English as soon as possible.
